"Attico 33" is a new bed & breakfast located in the heart of Palermo, on Via Principe di Villafranca. We are just steps away from the famous Piazza Politeama, the monumental Teatro Massimo, and the elegant shopping streets Ruggero Settimo and Libertà . The property features 4 rooms: the single room "Teatro Massimo", the double room "Teatro Politeama", the double/twin room "Marina", and the triple room "Monte Pellegrino".

The "Teatro Massimo" room has a comfortable place with a king size bed (90 x 200 cm.). It has an en-suite bathroom with sink, bidet and shower. The room has air conditioning on summer days and on winter days heating with centralized system, minibar, digital TV and wifi internet.It has a part of a common terrace and is equipped with a table and a chair. Smoking is allowed only in the balcony. It is not allowed to bring unregistered guests or pets into the room (only small pets with authorization and payment of surcharge for additional cleaning).
The "Teatro Politeama" room has two comfortable seats with king size beds (a total of one double bed -180 x 200 cm.). It has an en-suite bathroom with sink, bidet and shower. The "Monte Pellegrino" room has three comfortable places with king size beds (a total of a double bed -180 x 200 cm. - and a single bed - 90 x 200 cm. - which in the case of double use can be used as a sofa). It has an en-suite bathroom with sink, bidet and shower. The room has air conditioning on summer days and on winter days heating with centralized system, minibar, digital TV and wifi internet.The room only has large windows but no balconies. In the room it is not allowed to bring unregistered guests, pets and smoking.
